- Contactless payments are also available with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- At checkout, choose your preferred credit or debit card. We prioritize your card's security with top-notch measures and coordinate with your bank to process the order.
2. PayPal:
- When selecting PayPal as your payment method, you'll be redirected to PayPal’s secure payment page to log in with your credentials.
- If your currency isn't supported by PayPal, the payment will be converted to US dollars automatically.
- PayPal offers two payment options:
- Direct payment through your PayPal account.
- Payment using your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (bank account).
Important Note: We advise against using gift cards or prepaid cards as they may cause issues during the refund process.

Why do credit card payments sometimes fail?
- International Authorization: Your card may not be authorized for international use. Please contact your bank for assistance.
- Insufficient Balance: The card might not have enough funds available.
- Card Acceptance: Some cards may not be accepted by our system. Try using another card.
- Incorrect Information: Double-check that all card details (number, CVC code, etc.) are entered correctly.
How can I resolve payment issues?
- Try a different card and ensure that you’re shipping and billing details match.
Why is my payment still pending after I have paid?
- The payment may not have been processed successfully. Once payment is received, the order status will update to 'Paid.' If the payment has been deducted but the status remains 'Pending,' please contact us via email for help.
How secure is my payment?
- We use secure online payment methods, and for Visa and MasterCard, we implement 3-D Secure technology (Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code) to prevent unauthorized use. When paying by credit card, you’ll be prompted for your personal security code in a new window, and your bank will verify the transaction.
How do I know if my payment has been received?
You can check your order status for payment confirmation, and your bank will also send a confirmation email once the payment is processed.
