Exchanges & Refunds
For Non-Personalized Products:
Non-customized items can be exchanged for products of equal value or returned for a full refund. If you wish to exchange for an item of higher value, you will be responsible for covering the price difference. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges for non-personalized items.
For Personalized Products:
Customized items with personalized details (such as names, logos, or specific designs) are non-returnable and non-refundable. We only accept returns or offer refunds for personalized products if the error is on our part. This includes:

Size Discrepancy: If the product's size does not match our advertised size chart description. Please provide a photo of the product laid flat with a measuring tape indicating the dimensions that differ from our size chart.
Important: We cannot be responsible for incorrect size choices made by the customer. Please carefully check our size chart before placing your order for personalized items.
