Return Eligibility

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to start the return process.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached.
  • Products must not have been washed or used.

Exchanges and Refunds

-          For Products Without Personalized Information:

  • Items that are not customized can be exchanged for products of equal value or returned for a refund.
  • If you wish to exchange it for an item of higher value, you will need to cover the price difference.
  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.

-          For Products with Personalized Information:

  • Customized items with personalized details, such as names, logos, or specific designs, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the mistake is ours (e.g., if the size does not match the size chart description or if the personalization does not match your order details). Please carefully check the size chart before placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for incorrect size choices.
  • If you receive a product with personalization that does not match your order, please contact us and include a photo showing the error. For items that do not match the size chart description, please provide a photo of the product laid flat with a measuring tape indicating the dimensions that differ from those described. This will help us identify any mistakes and arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Return Your Purchase

  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the return address.
  • Once we receive your returned item, our fulfillment center will inspect it (typically within 72 hours of receipt).
  • If the returned item meets the return criteria, we will process your refund promptly. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your financial institution.
