Order Processing and Production

Our products are made to order, which means we begin designing, printing, and producing your items only after your payment has been received. The production process takes approximately 4–7 business days. Delivery times will vary based on your location.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery progress. Please keep in mind that the provided delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once your items are in transit, any delays are out of our control. Below are the estimated shipping times for different regions:

  • The time frames mentioned above apply to orders with standard shipping methods.
  • Most orders are processed and shipped within the given time frame; however, these are only estimates, and some items may take longer to be shipped or delivered.
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances with our suppliers or delivery services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will notify you via email to find the best solution.
  • During peak seasons or holidays, your order may take longer to arrive. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.
  • For international orders, additional time may be needed if the package has to clear customs. We have no control over customs procedures and apologize for any delays this may cause.
  • Shipping times do not account for the time needed to prepare your order before it is shipped.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that the address provided at checkout is correct, as we are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to update your address information. Once the order has left our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Any returned items will be donated immediately upon return to our warehouse.
