FUKAMASONIC Order Processing & Shipping Information

At FUKAMASONIC, we create made-to-order Masonic products to ensure quality and uniqueness. This means we begin designing, printing, and producing your items only after your payment is successfully processed.

Production & Shipping Timelines

Our typical production time is approximately 4-7 business days. Once your order is ready, shipping times will vary based on your location. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its delivery progress.

Keep in mind that all provided delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control once your items are in transit.

International orders may experience additional time for customs clearance, which is beyond our control.
Shipping times do not include the production time needed to prepare your custom order.

Important Address Information

Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. FUKAMASONIC is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to update your address information. Once an order has left our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Any items returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address will be immediately donated.
