If your order is delayed or hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately. We are committed to excellent customer service and will quickly work to locate your shipment and resolve the issue.
What if I provided the wrong address?
It is crucial to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.

What if tracking shows "delivered," but I haven't received my order?
Once the carrier confirms delivery, FUKAMASONIC cannot issue refunds or replacements for missing packages. This highlights the importance of using a secure delivery address where your item can arrive safely.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
What is your returns/exchange policy?
We offer a clear returns and exchanges policy to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. The cost responsibility for shipping depends on the reason for the return:

1. Non-Personalized Products
Non-customized items can be exchanged for a product of equal value or returned for a refund. Customers must cover the shipping fees unless the item is deemed defective.
2. Personalized Products
Customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the error is clearly on our part.

Accepted Errors (FUKAMASONIC's fault): Product size discrepancy, or errors in personalized information (e.g., wrong spelling compared to the order).

Damages and Issues
If you find any defects, damage, or incorrect items, contact us right away. We will replace damaged products promptly. Email us a clear photo of the damaged item to initiate the replacement process at our expense.
Order Cancellation Policy
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your FUKAMASONIC order if it has not yet shipped and you request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation Steps and Refunds
To cancel, contact our customer support team via phone or email with your order number.
If approved, we will refund the full amount using your original payment method. No processing charges or fees will be deducted. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
Subscription Cancellation
To cancel your FUKAMASONIC subscription, submit your request at least 14 days before the next renewal date. Cancellations are processed after completing two billing cycles. If submitted after payment, your subscription ends at the end of the current billing cycle.
