Shipping & Delivery

1. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, FUKAMASONIC focuses exclusively on serving the United States to ensure the best service quality. We provide Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the USA.

2. What should I do if my order is delayed or hasn't arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within our estimated timeframe (8–14 business days), please contact us immediately. We will work with our carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) to locate your shipment and resolve the issue promptly.

3. What if I provided the wrong shipping address?

It is crucial to provide accurate details at checkout.

  • Within 12 hours: Contact us immediately to update the address.

  • After shipment: We cannot change the destination once the package is with the carrier. In this case, the customer is responsible for the lost or delayed package.

4. What if tracking shows "delivered," but I haven't received my order?

Once the carrier confirms delivery, FUKAMASONIC cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. We recommend using a secure delivery location.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

FUKAMASONIC offers a flexible 30-day return window. The responsibility for shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

Reason for Return Condition Shipping Cost Responsibility
Defective/Damaged Manufacturing error or discrepancy caused by us. FUKAMASONIC covers all costs.
Personalized Items (Customer Error) Incorrect size selection or change of mind. Customer covers return shipping.
Non-Personalized Items Customer dissatisfaction or change of mind. FUKAMASONIC covers return shipping.

Note on Personalized Products: Unlike many other brands, we do accept returns for personalized items even if you chose the wrong size. However, we strongly suggest checking our Size Chart carefully to avoid the extra shipping costs and wait time.


Order Cancellations & Modifications

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, production typically begins, and the order can no longer be canceled.

How to cancel:

Contact our support team with your Order Number. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. We use Stripe and PayPal, two of the world's most secure payment processors. Your financial data is encrypted and never stored on our servers. Your purchase is protected by their respective Buyer Protection programs.
