You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange request. To be eligible for processing, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Product Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, free from customer-induced damage.

  • Packaging & Tags: Items must be returned with all original packaging and tags still attached.

Important Note on Personalized Products: While we accept returns for personalized items even if an incorrect size was chosen by the customer, we strongly recommend reviewing our Size Chart carefully before ordering to avoid additional transit time and shipping costs.
