Eligibility & 30-Day Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange request.

To be eligible for processing, returned items must meet the following criteria:

  1. Product Condition: Products must be in their original, unused, unwashed condition, and free from customer-induced damage.

  2. Packaging & Tags: Items must be returned with all original packaging and tags still attached.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds by Product Type

We guarantee the processing of exchanges, returns, and refunds for all items, including Personalized Products, as detailed in the table below:

Personalized Products Return / Refund / Exchange Accepted in all cases, including customer error (e.g., incorrect size selection, change of mind). Customer covers return/exchange shipping costs unless the error is determined to be FUKAMASONIC's fault.
Defective Products Return / Refund / Exchange Manufacturing defects, discrepancy from advertised size/design, or personalization error on our part. FUKAMASONIC covers all shipping costs for returns/exchanges.

Important Note on Personalized Products:

  • Sizing/Details: While we accept returns/exchanges for personalized items even if an incorrect size was chosen by the customer, we strongly recommend checking our Size Chart carefully before ordering to avoid additional time and shipping costs.

How to Return Your FUKAMASONIC Purchase

  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 72 hours), we will promptly process your refund. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your financial institution.
