Order Timeline: Production and Delivery

The total estimated time to receive your custom order within the United States is calculated as follows:

  • Incorrect Addresses: BAO LINH GENERAL PRODUCTION & TRADING SERVICE CO., LTD. is not responsible for packages returned or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Items returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address will be immediately donated.

  • Lost/Stolen Parcels: Once a tracking number confirms an order has been successfully delivered, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
