Shipping & Order Processing Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed with FUKAMASONIC, a brand owned by Bao Linh General Production & Trading Service Co., Ltd.

As we specialize in made-to-order Masonic products, we begin the design, printing, and production of your unique items only after your payment has been successfully processed.

Order Timeline: Production and Delivery

The total estimated time for you to receive your custom order shipped to a U.S. address is the sum of Production Time and Shipping Time.

Production Time 4–7 business days Time required to design, print, and produce your custom item after payment.
Shipping Time (U.S.) 4–7 business days Standard transit time from our warehouse to your specified U.S. address.
Total Estimated Delivery 8–14 business days Total typical time from placing the order to receiving it.

Important Notes on Delivery:

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.

  • Timeframes are Estimates: All delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including carrier issues, peak seasons, or national holidays. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Exclusions: Shipping times do not include the initial 4–7 business days required for the production of your custom order.

Address Accuracy & Responsibility

Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

  • Address Changes: You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to contact us and request an address update before production begins.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Bao Linh General Production & Trading Service Co., Ltd. is not responsible for packages that are returned or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Items returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address will be immediately donated.

  • Lost/Stolen Parcels: Once a tracking number confirms an order has been successfully delivered, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
