Note: The times above are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once your order is in transit, any delays due to unforeseen factors, customs processes, or peak seasons are beyond our control. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.

For Products Without Personalization

• We accept returns or exchanges for items of equal value.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with returns and exchanges.

For Personalized Products

• We do not accept returns or refunds on personalized items unless the error is on our part (e.g., incorrect size delivered, or a personalization error that does not match your order details).
• Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order, as we are not responsible for incorrect sizing chosen by the customer.
